Following are the application procedures necessary to apply for admittance of your student to St. Christopher Academy:

 

Complete Student Application for Admission if interested in our program.  Parents meet with our Director to discuss our program. Background information pertaining to the student will be gathered from parents, previous schools, teachers, consultants and doctors.

 

After the parent visit, a time may be scheduled for the student to spend a half or full day at the Academy.  We will set your student up with one of our ambassadors. 

 

In order for your student to be registered, the following information is required:

 

  • Completed and signed Registration Form, available from SCA office.

  • Completed and signed Tuition Agreement.

  • Promissory Note.

  • Completed Immunization Health Form.

  • Registration fee of $350.00.

  • Completed Transfer of Records Form mailed to former school.

  • Medication Form signed by parents AND doctor if medicines are to be given during school hours (if student requires medication).

  • Copies of all testing and / or evaluations done within the past 12 months.

  • SLHS Parent Packet.

Confidentiality:  All materials sent to SCA in support of an applicant for admission are confidential.

Please note:  St. Christopher Academy's tuition and fees may qualify as a medical tax deduction.  IRS publications 907 and 502 offer information about medical expenses.  In addition to tuition and fees, other costs such as books, notebook computers and other educational related expenses may be tax deductible.  We recommend that you consult your tax professional about these options. 

 

Registration Fee of $350.00 must accompany your Contract/Registration Form in order to reserve your child's spot for the upcoming school year.  Thank you!
