APPLICATION
PROCEDURE and TUITION INFORMATION
Following are the application procedures necessary to apply for
admittance of your student to St. Christopher Academy:
- Complete Student
Application for Admission if interested in our program.
- Parents
meet with our Director to discuss our program. Background information
pertaining to the student will be gathered from parents, previous
schools, teachers, consultants and doctors.
- After
the parent visit, a time may be scheduled for the student to
spend a half or full day at the Academy.
In order
for your student to be registered, the following information is
required:
- Completed
and signed Registration Form, available from SCA office.
- Completed
and signed Tuition Agreement.
- Promissory
Note.
- Completed
Immunization Health Form.
- Registration
fee of $300.00.
- Completed
Transfer of Records Form mailed to former school.
- Medication
Form signed by parents AND doctor if medicines are to be given
during school hours (if student requires medication).
- Copies
of all testing and / or evaluations done within the past 12
months.
Tuition
Information
2008/2009 Tuition: $13,616.00
Full Payment of $14,296.00 (due September 10, 2008 )
Payment Options:
10 Installments ( September 1, 2008 – June 1, 2009 ) $1,527.27
11 Installments ( August 1, 2008– July 1, 2009 ) $1,398.53
Registration
Fee $300.00
